This is a touch and feel book that is themed upon sea creatures, and hosts a variety of them inside. It is beautifully illustrated, depicting stunning underwater scenes, and truly brings to life the sea creatures that little ones come to know and love. My 18 month old nephew has come to love seahorses as a result of us sharing this book, and as a result he has been requesting this book at bedtime, over and over again.
With rhyming sentences throughout that detail the sentiment between parent and child, and reflects all that we wish for our children, it is such a heartwarming book to share, with non stop feel good vibes too. The textured content awaiting little hands exploring it adds another fun element to this book, and it really does encourage fine motor skills and engagement from your little ones you are sharing this beautiful book with, and thats priceless in inspiring their love of books, and the memories they will come away with as you settle them down to sleep for the night after. We love this book SO much, and it would be great to see others in this style in the near future too.

I have shared many of the other titles in this series right here on my blog, and as a result I have come to truly appreciate when a new addition to said series is published and thus arrives in my post. This new title is very much perfect for little ones to share with daddy as it is evidently from the title themed to feature “Papa” throughout, and does so through a variety of different animals in that role. The die cut animals having more depth as a result help engage little ones throughout, and captivate you as you read the rhyming sentences relevant to each animal pairing – Papa and Child – and with the most beautifully illustrated content, and relaxing feel to the colour palette used throughout this is such a perfect choice for Daddy to share with little ones at bedtime, or any time there is an opportunity to sit together and enjoy sharing the sentiment this book holds inside its beautiful pages.
The books in this series are some of the most beautiful I have ever shared, and the way they reflect the unconditional love between parents and children, have different content relating to animals, special occasions, and so much more is what has us eagerly awaiting what comes next in this absolute must buy series of books for little ones.

What can I say about this book? Where do I even begin? It is such an absolute amazing book that celebrates the relationship between Daddy and little one, and the unconditional love that is shared between them too. With large, varying style, colourful font used to depict the text in the book, and the most fabulous pop-ups featured throughout I can honestly say this is the most stunning book to share, cherish, and gift to all those dads-to-be alongside new dads, and the way it literally reflects so perfectly the bond between father and child is just priceless.
The book features pairs of animals throughout, and they are as beautifully illustrated as the words are to read aloud, making this pairing of text and illustrations the kind to win awards for sure. I really hope there are more books in this series in the near future, especially because the pop-ups are some of the best I have ever seen inside a book, and the illustrative side of the content in this book is captivating from the first page through to the last too. This is one of those books that will be requested over and over by little ones, and I have no doubt that Dads everywhere will cherish the opportunity to share a book with their little ones that celebrates their special role as a parent, and giving Dads the spotlight they deserve and affording them the chance to make some beautiful memories with their little ones is what makes this book so incredibly special an addition to the world of children’s literature.
