Animal Drawing and Ink Wash Painting Sketchbook

A lovely selection of animal drawings and ink wash paintings sketchbook.
Michelle aka stainedraven drew and painted all of the animals you see on his page.
The ink wash gives many of these animals an ethereal kind of look. If not quite alien, then an aspect that involves magic. These beings seem to be in a transitional form that is in the process of appearing or disappearing in a cloud of smoke.
On this page, my favourites are the rats and the bumblebees. The first one because I love the intelligent and loving creatures and the second for their colour and just out of phase kind of look.
The first piece below, the one of the raven, beautifully showcases the magic effect I was describing in the third paragraph. Have a look at both and see what you think.
