💤Leo Sleepover Weekend | 🖍️🌈💙Nate’s Coloring Book💙🌈🖍️
Before I begin with this I just wanted to say I’m super sorry I haven’t been posting ( I am also a good week behind the actual events of this post taking place ). Life has been hellish, and something seems to happen to make it worse every day. I am really struggling immensely, I want to try very hard to do my daily advent calendar posts this year as I didn’t last year & regret it now. I think what makes everything worse is that I had such a good time last weekend, and it felt like things were just starting to look brighter, only for the very next day to be sent down. Anyways nobody is here to read me crying haha

🌈Friday
Leo and I met up and walked around the shops while Eli was getting his hair cut
Once Eli was done with his haircut we all had lunch together!
Then me and Leo headed onto the bus to make the journey back to theirs
Stopped by a couple shops on the way, one was a charity shop with some taxidermy!
Saw some really lovely things at local artist shops which were very hard to resist
I gave Leo his birthday & Christmas presents when we met up but he had my Christmas present waiting at home…
Oooooh my god I could not believe it! Charlie Bear hedgehog!!! I have named him Gràineag ( hedgehog in Gaelic )
☀️Saturday
During the morning we had a look through some of their toys!
I fell in love with this Polacanthus, so much so that later in the day I went and found one for myself off of Vinted for £4 🫣
We then decided to go on a looooong walk, where we seen a insane amount of Pheasents, Quals, 4 Buzzards, and we heard but didn’t see Jays too
We spent the rest of the day sewing!
A big scary thing happened as well…I decided that I wanted Mini Egg re-stuffed since he was mainly flat now due to loving. It’s so nice him being filled again! I wasn’t sure if I would like the change but I’m in love with it. Also fun fact, our dragons are the same age! We got them the very same weekend, only difference is I’ve slept with mine every night for the past 2years hehe
🌈Sunday
The next day it was raining so we spent it indoors finishing up the sewing project
We made this rainbow Parasaurolophus! The sewing patter is by Leo & they also did most of the work, I just helped a bit. But I was sent home with the pattern so I can practice sewing one myself!
Afterwards we sat and watched the entirety of Walking With Dinosaurs, which I really enjoyed!
We then played some Pokemon Monopoly
Afterwards did some coloring before bed
☀️Monday
On the last day we had a look at some shops on the way home, we also had Wagamamas for lunch, I want to go back and have it again!
Again I say it every time I see them but I love these new Jurassic toys so much, the triceratops was insanely cool. He rears up onto his hind legs!
And that is everything! I’m sorry if the post seems a bit bland, I just wanted to get this out before December begins. But I had a lovely time, and I had such a wonderful surprise to come home to afterwards as well. But I want to share that for it’s own post
